Membership and Eligibility

• Kumeo Rewards is open to all customers who register for an account on our platform. Membership is free and available globally unless prohibited by law.

• Points can only be earned and redeemed by the account holder. They cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold.

• Each customer may only hold one Kumeo Rewards account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or deactivated at Kumeo’s discretion.

Earning Points

• Points are earned for every $1 spent on eligible products or services on our website, with a conversion rate of $1 = 100 points.

• Points will be credited to your account upon successful payment and confirmation of your purchase. In the case of subscription services, points are credited after the payment for each billing cycle is completed.

• Additional bonus points may be awarded during promotional periods, milestone events, and referral programs.

• Purchases made using gift cards, rewards points, or any form of discount may earn points only on the remaining balance.

• Customers can also earn points by participating in special campaigns, surveys, or referring new customers to Kumeo through the referral program.

Redeeming Points

Customers have multiple ways to redeem their earned points, providing flexibility and value:

1. Cash Back: Points can be redeemed for direct cash rebates, applied back to the original payment method used during checkout.
2. Store Credit: Apply your earned points as store credit toward future purchases of products or services.
3. Discounts: Use points to lower the cost of hosting plans and services directly at checkout.
4. Commissions: Refer friends or businesses and convert points into commission-based payouts once thresholds are met.

Additional Redemption Terms:

• The redemption value and minimum point balance required will be displayed at checkout.

• Points cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes or discounts unless explicitly stated.

• Points have no monetary value outside of the Kumeo platform and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.

• Redemption options are subject to availability and may change based on promotional offers.

Expiration and Forfeiture

• Points remain valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. Unused points will automatically expire after this period.

• Points associated with purchases that are refunded, canceled, or returned will be deducted from your account. If the refund occurs after redemption, Kumeo reserves the right to adjust your point balance accordingly.

• Accounts found inactive for an extended period may result in point expiration or forfeiture at Kumeo’s discretion.

Account and Program Changes

• Kumeo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time without prior notice.

• Changes to the program may include adjustments to earning rates, redemption values, point expiration periods, or eligible products.

• If the program is terminated, unused points will be forfeited. Kumeo will provide advance notice of such termination whenever possible.

• Customers are responsible for regularly reviewing program updates and changes.

Fraud and Misuse

• Any fraudulent activity, misuse of points, or violation of terms may result in the suspension or termination of your rewards account.

• Kumeo retains the right to reverse or withhold points earned through improper means, such as exploiting system errors or engaging in unauthorized transactions.

• Accounts suspected of fraudulent activities may be reviewed, and Kumeo reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

Privacy and Data

• By participating in Kumeo Rewards, you consent to the collection and use of your data for program management and communication.

• Your information will be handled in accordance with Kumeo’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Additional Information

• Points can only be earned and redeemed on the official Kumeo website. Transactions made outside of our platform are not eligible for rewards.

• All disputes regarding point balances, rewards eligibility, or program terms will be resolved at Kumeo’s sole discretion.

• Participation in Kumeo Rewards is subject to the governing laws of California, USA.
